At "Florresh," due to the nature of our natural flower products, we do not offer a refund policy. Once the order process is completed and the product has been prepared for shipping or delivery, we cannot refund the payment.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team by phone as soon as possible. Given our commitment to quickly processing and dispatching orders, it may not always be possible to cancel the order if the product has already been prepared or shipped.
No product can be returned or refunded if it has been prepared for delivery or has already been received by the customer.
Products Sent by Mistake or Not Matching the Order
If a product is sent to you by mistake or does not match your order, please inform our delivery team immediately. We will replace the incorrect or mismatched product with the correct one as quickly as possible.
If you ordered the wrong product, we can exchange it for the desired product, but you will need to cover the shipping and delivery costs if the incorrect product has already been delivered.
